My Story:

I am a 18 year old freshman in college. Both of my parents did the 4W2W and follow the Disruptive Nutrition lifestyle. I am task-oriented and like to keep busy so working as the Program Manager for Disruptive Nutrition is perfect for me!

Why I am passionate about helping others:

After personally witnessing people close to me go through the Disruptive Nutrition lifestyle, I fully support the idea behind helping women to reach their optimal health in a positive way. I love helping and supporting others and to be able to have a job that does that at such a young age is really valuable to me.
