Episode 96: How to Know if Your “Diet” is Working

This week Carrie is going to dig into a topic you may not WANT to hear… but you NEED to hear it!

As many of you know, Carrie has been working on the Nitro Nutrition movement with celebrity nutritionist, Mark MacDonald, and this week she was asked to fill in for Mark and speak to the Nitro community.  She spoke to them about measuring progress in such a way that we can tell whether or not what we are doing is truly working!  So for this week’s episode, Carrie has decided to share that coaching call with you!

  • Lack of nutrient intake/absorption causes your body to react in negative ways
  • Your body can’t handle off plan meals

  • You are having to get back on track multiple times
  • You are weighing yourself to measure progress
