The IMPORTANCE of Taking the Deep Dive

  • When you just get a food plan… you aren’t going to stick with it
  • The need for 1% progress over time
  • True change comes with a professional proper blueprint that is going to get your there

Reviewing Blue Print Parts 1 & 2

  • We need to understand food, our bodies, and what our bodies need
  • We need to make sure our 6 plates are always spinning: nutrition, water, supplementation, sleep, exercise, and stress
  • We need to understand and work on our mindsets
  • We need to be self aware to be conscious of our triggers in order to actually make changes
  • We need to find confidence in knowing that what we are doing is right
  • We need to practice intentionality and follow our real purpose

Sustainability Skills

  • Motivation is NOT a strategy
  • Time management, habits, and systems are the three parts of the sustainability puzzle
  • Think of this as a marriage between you and your body
  • Give yourself GRACE to make mistakes and to just get back on track

Developing Habits

  • Strong habits allow us to dictate consistency
  • Strong habits do not require thought and are automatic

  • Develop habits by using a habit tracker
  • Have patience in developing habits because they take TIME 

Developing Systems

  • Consider the areas that keep you in chaos in your life and WRITE THEM DOWN!
  • Start to develop strategies that will help these areas not to overwhelm you anymore
  • Systems allow us to be proactive and leave time for what is important
  • If you care enough about it, if you know it’s important, you will come up with solutions

Time Management

  • Time cannot control you; you are going to take back control of time
  • When you have your time organized and you are intentional about it, you can get way more done than you realize
  • If you are not in control of your hours, you will not reach your goals for the years
