Why “Getting Skinny” is NOT the solution

  • There are a ton of skinny, unhealthy people
  • Diets lead to hormonal imbalances
  • Weight loss diets means we are restricting ourselves and putting ourselves at a deficit
  • When our bodies are at a deficit, we can NOT flourish
  • When your bodies are at a deficit, our bodies are having to constantly accomodate to make up for the lack of nutrients
  • When you start eating again after a diet, you gain the weight right back… and then some!
  • When you gain the weight, you blame yourself 

Why just eating healthy does not work

  • You will lose weight at first because your body releases toxins and, as a result, some fat
  • Because you are not fueling your body properly, the weight loss will not continue

Why is ACTUALLY about blood sugar stabilization

  • It is about eating clean AND correct/balanced
  • When our blood sugar is consistently stable our body will start to take what it NEEDS and burn what it doesn’t
  • Fueling your body for blood sugar stabilization improves your metabolism over time
  • Unlike a diet, where your metabolism slows and you have to keep eating less, when you balance your blood sugar you can actually eat MORE
