  • You can STILL BE gluten intolerant even if you don’t test for it

Our Bodies & Gluten

  • Nobody can digest gluten
  • Wheat has CHANGED over the last 100 years
  • Gluten= wheat, rye, barley
  • Oats NEED to be certified gluten free

How to Eat Gluten Free

  • Gluten is in everything!  Look for certified gluten-free
  • Wheat free does not necessarily mean gluten free
  • Slowly decreasing items like sugar by halves
  • Making simple swaps
  • Choose more WHOLE foods

Signs of Celiac

  • Intestinal issues
  • Lethargy & low energy
  • Headaches & brain fog
  • Tingling in hands & feet
