Jess’s Typical Day as an Educator & Mom

  • ½ bar before morning workout
  • Grab and Go breakfast

  • Recipe leftovers at work

  • Recipe dinner
  • Grab and go before bed!
  • The emergency meal kit!

Michelle K’s Typical Day Working 10 hour days from Home

  • Prepares meals just like when she went into work
  • ½ bar within half hour of waking
  • Shake when starting work 
  • Making shakes in advance!
  • Simple grab and go mid afternoon
  • Pre-made recipes or leftovers for lunch (sometimes from the freezer!)
  • Bar or shake for midafternoon OR a protein pudding/muffin
  • Recipe usually pre-prepared or cooked for dinner
  • ½ bar before bed

Carrie’s Go-Tos

  • Grab and goes & meal replacements all day
  • Recipes at night!
  • Avocado and HB egg whites on thin stackers
