I was unsure… I didn’t think things were going to work…. I have tried diets.  I have tried counting calories. I have tried counting points. I have tried not eating.  I have tried doing different kinds of detox that would just starve your body.  With PFC 3 you are NOT going to be hungry… I eat about 7 meals a day.  I eat MORE food than I ever have in my entire life.  I am never hungry.   I am always satisfied.  And the thing that keeps me going is that I am in tip top shape and health.  I feel FANTASTIC.  And just that piece gets me going.  Yes, I lost the weight that I wanted to, and that’s great… but I feel so good and I want everybody else to feel good!  -Coach Jackie

    Curious Carrie you said you had a list of go to shopping list items for Costco items – would you mind sharing that?

    Also, curious if anyone has ever shared a list of PFC correct protein bars beside the Kirkland brand, which I have heard and seen several people comment upon as I am doing my homework and lessons for Prep Week. I’m just learning how to figure out PFC – so looking for recommendations. A staple in our house now with my girls are the GoMacro bars -which are GF and vegan.
