Brief Bio:


Hi, I am Coach Stacie and I am here to help you achieve your health and wellness goals!  I have a passion for wellness and if you need that extra push or just some guidance along your journey to optimal health, I am here for you.

On top of being a certified nutritional therapist and health coach, I am also a certified teacher, a wife and a mom to a teenager. We live in Western NYS where we love to make amazing meals, enjoy time with family and friends and like to keep fit.

I have known Carrie for over twelve years.  When she introduced me to the PFC every 3 approach, I loved how easy it was to maintain the lifestyle I had while simply incorporating a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates (PFC) into each of my meals about every three hours.  I found that when I didn’t get the optimal balance of PFCs I was hungry very soon after eating. This effective way of eating helped me feel more than satisfied all day. I felt and looked great.  PFC every 3 is a way of life.
