My Story:

Being the mom of two active teenagers, health and wellness has always been a priority in our house. Unfortunately, deciphering the information that we receive from the media is no easy task; it is frustrating and misleading for us as adults as well as for our kids. I’ve tried all sorts of different “diets”, blindly followed the latest claims and yet nothing was sustainable, until I learned about PFC Every 3. My own Disruptive Nutrition journey was eye opening – I found the concepts logical and sustainable. I knew this was something that I could integrate into my busy life and teach my boys. With PFC Every 3 we are eating balanced meals, we feel better, sleep better and have more energy. We are able to maintain the healthy lifestyle we desire without depriving ourselves of the foods we enjoy. When I saw how my family has thrived with PFC, I knew I needed to share this lifestyle with others. My certifications as a Nutrition and Health Coach (IBNFC) and A Perfect Health Coach (The Chopra Center) provide me with a foundation that allows me to share my passion for nutrition, health, and wellness.

Why I am passionate about helping others:

My goal is to educate, support and empower each of my clients to become the very best version of themselves as they journey to a healthier lifestyle.

The greatest gift that we can give to ourselves and our families is our health.

My favorite nutrition tip: 

Always be prepared, spend some time on Sunday doing food prep so you are ready for the upcoming week. A little preparation goes a long way – whether it be food prep or a PFC balanced bar in your bag. Set yourself up for success – have healthy options available.

My favorite mindset tip:

Progress not perfection. Continuous improvement… 1% improvement each day leads to incredible change in a week, a month or a year!

My favorite sustainability tip: 

Build a good morning routine to set your day up well. Beginning your morning with a sense of calm has a way of sending you off on the right trajectory.
